All are welcome, including newcomers/beginners as well as those with experience. Activities include guided meditation, touching the earth (prostrations/bowing), Dharma talk, Q&A / discussion, mindfulness games, vegetarian lunch, and arts and crafts.

We had a great time with many people attending, including volunteers from Emory University.
